Some come in the form of a shampoo, while others can be applied directly to dry hair. All of theseproducts claim to cease the effects of hair loss, while some may possibly even encourage hair growth. As with all such treatments, a doctor should be consulted before commencing with any of the treatments available, be it Rogain or Propecia. Other possibilities to deal with the problem or hair loss are shampoos that thicken hair - a low cost, but effective, solution - or perhaps a wig or hair implants. The latter two options are more expensive, but the results very satisfying.
