Are you constantly overwhelmed by the large number of things that you need to accomplish everyday? Do you find yourself regularly procrastinating due to the lack of sufficient motivation and inspiration?

You pick up on their habits and attitude towards life.

One major problem in peoples lives today is that there is not enough time to sleep a full night. When you are lacking sufficient sleep you body stresses out and so does your mind. You can't focus, and your mind is cloudy. You tend to see more of the negative in life rather than the positive. To avoid all this it's crucial to sleep a good 8 hours a night.

Work is a place where everyone gets stressed out. Here it's important to take breaks regularly. These breaks don't have to be anymore than 5-10 minutes but the sure help. It relaxes the body and mind so it's rejuvenated and ready to go again.

It's easier to focus on the task at hand if you are not surrounded with clutter and distractions. So an easy way to handle this situation is to organize your workspace. The less clutter the more work can be focused on. The less stress will present itself.

If you are already lacking motivation and focus then a great way to jump start your subconscious is by reciting a few positive affirmations. Especially during times of great stress.

Some examples of motivational affirmations are statements like "I am capable of focusing my energies on living the best life for me" and "I am smart and strong. My mind and body are my instruments towards achieving my goals."
