Microdermabrasion Treatments - 3 Easy Steps

1.- Home Microdermabrasion. There's no need of skin preparation before the exfoliation. No pre-peel preparation with any other regime is necessary. First, clean your skin with an alcohol product. Then just rub the cream on clean skin, with either your fingertips or using a dry and soft cloth. Simply put a small quantity to the skin and rub in a rotational pattern. Wipe after 10 minutes.

2.- Use of the cream: The microdermabrasion product can be applied with the tips of your fingers or with a cloth until redness appears. Leave the product on your skin for about 10 minutes. Then cleanse by brushing or wiping off the micro-crystals. Usually with a 1-2 minutes massage to an area of 10x10 cm (4 x 4 inches) the exfoliating of cells should be enough. Note that the full area must be treated. The amount to be used is about 0.5 g per 10 - 10 cm area.

3.- Several treatments are required to alleviate acne scars. Treatments should be reapplied every 2-3 days. Superficial acne scars will require a 2 months treatment to achieve about 60% to 80% improvement, but it may take as much as 4 or 6 months of treatment to significantly treat old, large and deep marks.
